Terms and Conditions
By accessing or using the Alfa Club (the "App" or "Services"), you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions (the "Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.
General Disclaimer (No Advice)
The Alfa Club is provided "as is" and "as available" for general informational purposes only. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, completeness, suitability, or availability of the App or any content on it. Nothing in the App constitutes investment, financial, legal, or professional advice, and you are solely responsible for any actions or decisions based on information accessed via the Alfa Club.
Non-Custodial Nature; Wallet Responsibility
Non-custodial: The Alfa Club does not custody your digital assets, does not hold your private keys or seed phrases, and cannot access or recover them. You control your wallet(s) and are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your devices, accounts, and wallet credentials.
Irreversible transactions: Transactions executed on public blockchains are generally irreversible. The Alfa Club cannot reverse, cancel, or modify blockchain transactions once submitted.
Verification: You are responsible for verifying all details of any transaction, including addresses, amounts, networks, smart contract addresses, and any fees (including gas fees) before confirming a transaction.
Eligibility; Sanctions; Prohibited Jurisdictions; Access Controls
You must be at least the age of majority where you live (and at least 18 years old) and have legal capacity to use the App. You represent and warrant that:
- You are not (and are not owned or controlled by) a person or entity subject to sanctions administered by the United Nations, United States, United Kingdom, European Union, or other applicable authority, and you are not using the App for the benefit of such a person or entity.
- You are not located in, a resident or citizen of, or otherwise using the App from any country or jurisdiction subject to comprehensive embargo, sanctions, or restrictions by the United Nations, United States, United Kingdom, European Union, or other applicable authority. This list is non-exhaustive and may change over time, and includes (without limitation) North Korea, Iran, Syria, Cuba, the Crimea region, and any other region designated as prohibited by law.
- You will not use the App in any jurisdiction where the use of blockchain, cryptocurrency, or similar technology is illegal or otherwise restricted.
The Alfa Club may implement access controls (including geofencing and other technical measures) and may restrict, suspend, or terminate access at any time for compliance, security, or risk-management reasons. You must not attempt to circumvent any access controls (including through VPNs, proxies, or similar tools).
No Warranty and Limitation of Liability (Key Protections)
To the fullest extent permitted by law, all warranties, express or implied (including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement) are disclaimed.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Alfa Club, the Company, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, affiliates, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to your access to, use of, or inability to use the App.
Liability cap: To the fullest extent permitted by law, the total liability of the Alfa Club and the Company for all claims arising out of or relating to the App will not exceed USD $100 (or the minimum amount required by applicable law, if higher).
Smart contract and protocol risk: Smart contracts may contain bugs or vulnerabilities even if reviewed or audited. Audits and reviews are not a guarantee of security and do not constitute any warranty. You use blockchain applications and digital assets at your own risk.
Terms of Use
Prohibited Uses and Content
You agree not to use the Alfa Club, including but not limited to the chat features and user-generated content, for any illicit, illegal, or harmful purposes. You are strictly prohibited from:
- Abuse or Harassment: Engaging in abuse, harassment, bullying, threats, intimidation, or any behavior that harms, degrades, or intimidates other users.
- Harmful Content: Sharing, posting, uploading, or transmitting content that is:
- Sexual, graphic, violent, or otherwise explicit in nature
- Defamatory, libelous, or slanderous
- Discriminatory, hateful, or inciting violence against individuals or groups
- Illegal, fraudulent, or designed to deceive others
- Spam and Scams: Engaging in spam, scams, phishing, or other fraudulent activities.
- Malicious Links: Sharing links to malicious websites, malware, or other harmful resources.
- Platform Abuse: Abusing platform mechanics, engaging in sybil attacks, points farming, or any activity designed to manipulate or game the system.
- Infringement: Uploading or sharing content that infringes upon the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of others.
The Alfa Club reserves the right to investigate, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Platform Limitations and User Content Disclaimer
The Alfa Club utilizes blockchain technology for certain features, including smart contracts for trading, key ownership, and staking. Important limitations and warnings:
- Smart Contract Features: Trading, key purchases, staking, and voting occur on-chain through smart contracts on the Base blockchain. These transactions are irreversible and governed by the smart contract code.
- Smart Contract Risks: Transactions executed on smart contracts carry inherent risks. While smart contracts may be audited, they may still contain bugs or vulnerabilities.
- No Responsibility for User Content: The Alfa Club, its owners, operators, affiliates, and licensors are not responsible for, and disclaim all liability related to:
- User-generated content, including messages in chat rooms
- The accuracy, legality, or appropriateness of user content
- Actions taken by other users
- Transactions or interactions between users
- Content moderation decisions or lack thereof
- Use at Your Own Risk: You understand that you may encounter content that is offensive, harmful, inaccurate, or otherwise objectionable. You use the Alfa Club and interact with user content at your own risk.
- Content Moderation: While the Alfa Club provides reporting mechanisms for abusive content, we cannot guarantee immediate removal or action on all reported content, and moderation decisions are made at our discretion.
You acknowledge that using the Alfa Club carries inherent risks.
Fees; Points; Promotions
Certain actions may involve fees or on-chain transfers (for example, fees associated with key purchases/sales and fund distributions). Fees, fee splits, and program parameters may change over time. You are responsible for reviewing and understanding any applicable fees and on-chain consequences before taking action.
If the App offers "points", rewards, referrals, promotions, or similar programs, such programs may be modified, suspended, or terminated at any time. Points (if any) have no guaranteed monetary value, do not constitute property, and may be forfeited for abuse, fraud, or non-organic activity.
Indemnity
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Alfa Club, the Company, and their respective officers, directors, employees, affiliates, licensors, and service providers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal and accounting fees) arising out of or relating to: (a) your use of the App; (b) your User Content; (c) your violation of these Terms or applicable law; or (d) your dispute with any third party.
Intellectual Property & Copyright
All content, intellectual property, trademarks, logos, graphics, design, compilation, computer code (source or object), and software provided by the Alfa Club ("Materials") are the exclusive property of the Alfa Club or its licensors, and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
- You may not copy, modify, reproduce, distribute, transmit, display, publish, license, create derivative works from, or sell any Materials without express written consent from the Alfa Club.
- Any content that you upload or post remains your intellectual property, but by posting, you grant the Alfa Club a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute such content for operation of the App.
- You must not upload or share any content that you do not own or have rights to, or that infringes upon the rights of others.
Third-Party Content
The Alfa Club may contain links to or content from third-party websites or services. We do not endorse and are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or legal compliance of any third-party content.
Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how the Alfa Club (the "App" or "Services") collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use the Services. This Privacy Policy is intended to be read together with the Terms on this page.
Scope and Key Notes
- Non-custodial: We do not store your private keys or seed phrases and cannot access or recover them.
- Public blockchain data: Transactions and wallet addresses recorded on public blockchains are public and may be accessible indefinitely. We cannot edit or delete on-chain data.
Information We Collect
Depending on how you use the Services, we may collect the following categories of information:
- Wallet and blockchain information
- Wallet address(es) you connect and information needed to provide on-chain features (for example, transaction identifiers and on-chain activity relevant to rooms, keys, staking, and trading).
- Account and profile information
- Profile information you choose to provide (for example, username, bio, profile image).
- Social account identifiers/usernames if you link a social account through our authentication provider (for example, an X (formerly Twitter) identifier).
- Chat, rooms, and user content
- Messages you send, reactions, attachments/links you share, and related metadata (for example, timestamps and room identifiers). Messages may be stored and indexed to support features like history and search.
- Content you submit through reporting or support flows (for example, report reasons and additional information).
- Notification data
- Push notification subscription data and your notification preferences (if you opt in).
- Usage and device information
- Basic device and browser information, app interaction data, and diagnostic information (for example, logs and performance data) used for security, debugging, and improving the Services.
- Your approximate location may be inferred from your IP address for security, fraud prevention, and access controls (including sanctions/geofencing compliance).
- Cookies, local storage, and similar technologies
- We use cookies/local storage and similar technologies to operate the Services (for example, authentication/session tokens, preference storage, and consent status). See "Cookies and Similar Technologies" below.
How We Use Information
We use information for purposes such as:
- Provide and operate the Services (including rooms, chat, trading-related features, points, and notifications)
- Authenticate and secure accounts (including fraud prevention, abuse detection, and enforcing access controls)
- Moderation and trust & safety (for example, investigating reports and enforcing the Terms)
- Improve and troubleshoot (including debugging, performance monitoring, and product improvement)
- Comply with law and protect rights (including responding to lawful requests and enforcing our Terms)
How We Share Information
We may share information:
- With service providers that process data on our behalf to operate the Services (for example, hosting/storage, databases, search/indexing, analytics/monitoring, customer support tooling, push notification delivery, and authentication providers).
- For AI features (if used): If you use AI-powered features, certain inputs (such as your message text and limited context needed to respond) may be processed by an AI service provider to generate outputs.
- For legal, compliance, and safety reasons: to comply with applicable law, enforce our Terms, or protect the rights, safety, and security of users, the Company, and others.
- In a business transfer: in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets (subject to applicable law).
We do not sell your personal information in the traditional sense. If we ever use advertising or tracking technologies that may be considered a "sale" or "sharing" under certain laws, we will update this Privacy Policy accordingly and provide any required choices.
Examples of service providers (may change over time): authentication providers (such as Privy), infrastructure and hosting providers (such as Amazon Web Services), error/performance monitoring providers (such as Sentry, which may include session replay), and AI infrastructure providers (for example, when AI features are enabled).

We may use cookies/local storage and similar technologies for:
- Essential purposes (for example, keeping you signed in, enabling core functionality, and remembering preferences)
- Analytics and performance (for example, understanding how the Services are used and improving reliability)

User Responsibility
You are solely responsible for your own actions, compliance with local laws, and any content you share or post. Using blockchain technology and digital assets involves significant risk, including potential loss of value and regulatory changes. Ensure that your use of the Alfa Club complies with all laws and regulations applicable to you.
Trading Risks: Trading digital assets, including derivatives and leveraged positions, carries substantial risk of loss. Prices are highly volatile and you may lose your entire investment. Never trade with funds you cannot afford to lose.
Governing Law; Disputes; Venue
These Terms, and any dispute arising out of or relating to the App, are governed by the laws of the British Virgin Islands (BVI), without regard to conflict of laws principles, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Unless prohibited by applicable law, you agree that the courts of the British Virgin Islands will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App.
Modifications
The Alfa Club may update, amend, or modify these Terms at any time. Continuing to use the Alfa Club after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
